Wondering what our order process looks like?

Custom and Made to Order Process

Once payment is received, Full scale custom sketches will be sent for your approval (Only, If your ordered a custom item, added personalization, or there is significant changes in scale to the listing photo). These can be adjusted as many times as you like until you love the item.

Once we approve sketches then the process looks as follows:

1. Carving begins (photo will be sent when carving is complete)
2. Dye begins. Photos will be sent during dye process and dye can be adjusted as needed until you LOVE the colors.
3. Crystal colors (if crystals are desired) will be sent and shown against your item so you can select crystal colors. Crystals will be installed.
4. Lining leather color choices will be sent against your collar so you can choose lining leather color. Liner will be installed.
5. Final photos will be sent for final approval in preparation for shipment.
